Sep 23, 2019 · Superb review as always. Just a quick question. Is the distortion in John's voice on "I want you" towards the end of the song still there or has it been fixed. It was removed on the 2009 remaster which pissed me off. I have two UK originals, One a first Pressing and an early 70's repress. They're both stereo versions. The 2009 releases were remastered. In all reality some audiophiles feel that the 1987 versions of Revolver, Peppers, MMT and the White Album are still superior to the ‘09 remasters. It’s all personal preference.
